What’s Next for The NSFW
Hello, Lovers —
Over the past decade, I’ve led The NSFW from an intimate gathering in my apartment to a global community of more than 10,000 members. In that time, we’ve produced 1,000+ play events, welcomed nearly 100,000 guests through our doors, and helped normalize pleasure through extensive press features and brand collaborations.
Throughout this journey, we’ve developed a proven, scalable model for The Clubhouse — our member-directed creator space that powers our signature workshops and iconic PlayDates. The foundation is strong, the demand is clear, and our community continues to grow faster than ever.
Today, we’re at a pivotal moment. To expand beyond New York City and meet the rising demand for wellness-driven, sex-positive spaces, we’re seeking investment or a strategic partnership. Our new members’ app, TheNSFW.Club, is scaling quickly, and we’ve built a replicable system for launching new NSFW locations by training local Conspirators to host NSFW-branded events.
As we enter the new year, we’re exploring several partnership paths to take The NSFW to its next stage of growth:
Option 1: Acquisition
We are in conversations with leading adult toy, dating, platform, and studio brands interested in acquiring The NSFW. This structure would include an acquisition-and-hire agreement, with me joining as Director of The NSFW and serving as a marketing/creative leader within the acquiring brand.
Option 2: Investor & Co-Founder
We’re open to bringing on a co-founder with the capital and vision to scale The NSFW into additional cities, expand our digital footprint, and accelerate app growth.
Option 3: Investment Round
Raising $300,000 to launch The NSFW in four cities within the next two years, targeting $2M in annual revenue. This round offers a significant equity position to 1–2 aligned investors with a shared goal of positioning the brand for acquisition in the next 3–4 years.
I believe deeply in the future of The NSFW — but scaling from here requires the right partner, whether through acquisition, a capital-backed co-founder, or strategic investment.
