An NSFW Plan for 2026

Hey Lovers,

It’s been a big, beautiful, and delightfully naughty end of the year for The NSFW, and I couldn’t wait to share what’s coming next.

Back in October, NSFW Chelsea officially hit its break-even—bringing in $19k in revenue for the space. (A massive thank you to everyone who played a part in making that happen!)

With the return of Pighaus and Mistress Marley’s events, plus our ever-more-enticing member gatherings (you keep showing up—and showing off—we love to see it), we’re on track for $28k in November and $36k in December.

And our mobile app? Already seducing over 500 members. (If you haven’t joined yet, what are you waiting for? Join the fun at TheNSFW.Club.)

The Year Ahead

2026 is shaping up to be our most seductive yet, on pace for $500k in revenue for NSFW Chelsea.

In December, we’re hosting something special: LOVER (enterlover.com)—a decadent solstice celebration for our most devoted members. Think elevated cocktails, intimate dinners, and sensual performances that blur the line between audience and fantasy. Passes will increase in price as we get closer to the event, so if you want a more elevated play experience with other highly valued members of our community, be sure to join us. 

Your support at LOVER helps us expand the dream, funding our new dungeon, rope bondage studio, bar, and in-house DJ setup. (Basically, everything we’ve been missing since Soho.)

Expansion Plans

Our digital expansion through TheNSFW.Club continues to unfold. Soon, you’ll see our Conspirator Training program live, empowering our members to host NSFW-approved events in 16 cities across the U.S. and beyond.

This means more play, more pleasure, and more safe, judgement-free spaces for kink, tantra, and sexual wellness.

Next stop? Miami. We’re currently raising $200k to build a new Clubhouse, a tropical temple of desire offering member events, private rentals, and content creation spaces. We're planning construction in Q1 2026, with doors opening by Q2.
